PLM-S is a private limited company founded in the year 2017. It is a Channel Partner of Siemens in the BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) and Solution Partner of Siemens in Europe. In a span of 4 years, PLM-S has grown rapidly delivering solutions in Teamcenter PLM and thereby winning the trust of customers. Currently there are many running projects and numerous projects are in pipeline. With the strong backing of Siemens PLM, PLM-S has been able to acquire and deliver projects in Teamcenter PLM.

  • Design and develop Teamcenter customization solutions.
  • Data migration, including import, export, and data mapping
  • Coordinate Functional groups to gather requirements and drive To-Be business process with all the stakeholders.
  • Map requirements to PLM and Teamcenter framework.
  • Troubleshooting product & technology limitations
  • Excellent Teamcenter UA Product Knowledge Workflow, Structure Manager, Access Manager, Preference Manager, MPP, BOM Management, Query, PLM XML.
  • Excellent Teamcenter customization skills, mapping raw requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework. Designing PLM application landscape
  • Excellent Teamcenter Solution Designing for both Client and Server and integration with third party application
  • Experience in 2-Tier, 4-Tier RAC & Thin Client
  • Experience in Teamcenter architecture, Data Model. Thorough understanding of architecture with Item, Item Revision, Dataset, Forms, Folders, BOM, GRM Relations etc.
  • Experience in TC operations such as, Data creation, Transfer ownership, Change Group & Role, Saved Query creation etc.
  • Experience to CAD UGNX, Part, Assembly & Drafting, Part Families, Reuse Library, UDF Library, Import-Export.
  • Good understanding of CAD Manager NX Manager, SWIM etc.
  • Experience with BMIDE Naming/Revision rules, Deep copy rules, Action rules
  • BMIDE Packaging, Hot & Cold deployment
  • Exposure to Multi-site data transfer & administration
  • Experience in installing, configuring 2-Tier & 4-Tier clients, file management server & CAD integration,
  • Basic problem solving skills Application issues, Root cause analysis, Configuration, ability to handle AutoCAD & NX cad files in TC.
  • Distributed System Administration Export/import data using PLMXML
  • Excellent coding & architecture skills in Java, C++ and Teamcenter client, server customization, Teamcenter services customization and SOA client development
  • Excellent exposure to real time customer environments, analyzing the business requirements, customization & implementation of Teamcenter product

Skills Required:

  • Teamcenter Migration Developer who can Design and develop customized solutions for Teamcenter Data Migration.
  • Expertise in C/C++ programming language and TC server side (ITK & SOA) customization
  • Expertise in Teamcenter service customization and SOA client development
  • Good knowledge on various operating systems (DOS, Windows, UNIX)
  • Expertise on XSLT, XPath, XSL-FO, TCL
  • Good knowledge web technologies e.g. HTML, DHTML, java script, Teamcenter ITK, SOA programming
  • Experience on SQL scripts
03. Experience

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in Teamcenter as a solution architect.
  • Experience in Data migration projects will be a definite plus.
